1. Perused the Petition. It is seen that the Petition for Succession Certificate is filed against the property of the deceased Jatindar Singh widower.

2. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to the deceased filed by petitioner being only son of the deceased. The deceased expired on 26.06.2021 at USA. The Id Proof copy of Passport is annexed to the petition.

3. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by the Petitioner being only son as mentioned in para 4 of the petition. The wife of the deceased predeceased the deceased. There are no other legal heirs.

4. The Petitioner has filed the Oath. The Ld. Advocate has filed the Administration bond executed by the petitioner on 23.01.2025 Affidavit of Service of General Notice dated 19.10.2024 is filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
