Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased belongs to the branch of Shia Muslim as per the provisions of Mohammedan Law.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that inadvertently it is mentioned in the petition as well as in the Affidavit of petitioner dated 25.11.2023 that 'Bohri Shia' hence, Advocate for petitioner seeks permission to carry out corrections in the petition with respect to the same. The said request is accepted and corrections are allowed in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections in the petition on or before next adjourned date. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that he will file fresh Affidavit of petitioner.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks permission to file Affidavit of petitioner for dispensation of identification proof of deceased as the same is not available. The said request is accepted and permission is granted.
