1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. The petitioner has filed Additional Affidavit dated 03.02.2026 stating therein that petitioner is daughter of deceased and Succession Certificate was issued on 16.11.2024 which is annexed as Annexure - 1 to the said Affidavit and new securities which are found are annexed as Annexure - 2 to the said Affidavit.

2. Petitioner has already paid court fees of Rs.75,000/-. As per the Testamentary Petition the deceased is survived by his widow, one son and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the son and daughter have given their consents in favour petitioner through Affidavits which are annexed to the aforesaid Affidavit dated 03.02.2026.

3. In view of the above, petitioner is allowed to amend the Schedule I annexed to the petition as per Annexure - 2 annexed to the Affidavit dated 03.02.2026. Ld. Advocate for petitioner undertakes to file fresh Administration Bond after the amendment of Schedule annexed to the petition.

4. Office is directed to issue extension of Succession Certificate upon uploading the amended petition on the official portal of Bombay High Court and further Administration Bond for extended securities is filed. 06.04.2026 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
