Perused the petition. The petitioner to explain that how the predeceased sons widow can be heir of the deceased, in view of Sec. 15(1)(a) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Furthermore, the petitioner to ensure that the title is properly mentioned.

Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 24.09.2024 and thereby prays to amend the petition by deleting the names mentioned at Serial nos. 3(a), 5 and 5(a) as they are not legal heirs of the deceased as per Section 15(1) (a) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Praecipe is allowed. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to inform the concerned persons about deletion of their names.
