TP/4354/2024 Mr. Utsav Anil Dalal, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rekha Dilip Vaswani being sister-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Sunder Bhagwandas Mirchandani died intestate at Mumbai on 29.01.2001. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 08.08.2024 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. As per Exhibit - B, wife of deceased since deceased the deceased who died on 26.02.2012. Deceased No. 1 had no brothers and sister. Deceased was survived by one sister-in-law who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.11.2024 and Administration Bond dated 03.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. 10.11.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
