1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 18.11.2024 and thereby submitted that in the order dated 11.11.2024 in memo of appearance his namely is wrongly mentioned as Ceasor Pereira instead of Cesar Pereira. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. In order dated 11.11.2024, name of the Ld. Advocate is corrected and read in appearance memo as "Cesar Pereira". Furthermore, it is made clear that rest of the order dated 11.11.2024 remains as it is.
