This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shailesh Vijaysingh Suraiya being son of deceased. Deceased namely Vijaysingh J Suraiya died intestate at Kolkata on 09.08.2012. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, three daughters and two sons. Out of them one son petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.10.2024 and Administration Bond dated 11.11.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
