This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vijay Sukhdev Sonawane being son of deceased. Deceased namely Saraja Sukhdev Sonawane died intestate at Navi Mumbai on 11.07.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Aadhaar Card and Pancard are already annexed to the petition.

2. Upon perusal of the petition, it is noticed that averment of mother, husband and daughter of deceased being class I legal heirs of deceased are not mentioned in the petition hence, Advocate to take steps.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 30.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 07.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
