1. Ld. Advocate appearing for the Anuradha, Anavi and Sanjana, legal heirs claiming through Sudhir (a son of the deceased), submitted that these three legal heirs are willing to file the Caveat and therefore, time may be granted.

2. However, as per the provisions of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 (for short "BHC Rules"), this authority does not have power to grant such relief. Ld. Advocate appearing for the Anuradha and others may take steps in this regard, as per the Chapter XXVI of the BHC Rules.

3. Perused CIS, till today administration bond is filed. Hence, adjourned.
