1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he does not have petition number as he does not have instructions. At this juncture, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner states the petition number. However, according to him he is appearing for legal heirs who are not made party. Ld. Advocate is appearing for Anuradha Pednekar, Avanit Pradhan and Sanjana Pednekar.

2. However, these three legal heirs have given their consents to grant the present petition.

3. Considering this circumstances, Ld. Advocate may take steps. There will be no reason to wait to take steps by these legal heirs as already enough time was given to them as per the earlier orders. Hence, adjourned.
