Nandlal Ramprakash Aggarwal and another (in Testamentary Petition No.50 of 2011), in repect of the compliance of Rule 384 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. After amendment, the petitioner to file the affidavit of such third person for compliance of Rule 384 of the BHC Rules.
