Since there is an apparent mistake in the year of demise of deceased as stated in paragraph No. 1 of Petition itself due to which inadvertently Department issued grant with a wrong date, Petitioner is given liberty to amend and correct the said year from 2019 to 2020. Necessary amendment is directed to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Reverification stands dispensed with. Once the

P60.TP-4401-24.odt amendment is carried out, Department shall issue fresh grant after taking back the grant which has been issued with the correct ate within a period of two weeks from the date of carrying out the amendment.
