1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anshu Ashok Chhabria, who is Son of deceased. Deceased namely Ashok Vashumal Chhabria, who died intestate at Mumbai on 31.12.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1" to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one son. Out of them Son is petitioner herein and Widow has given her consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.12.2024 and Administration Bond dated 19.04.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
