1. Petitioner to take steps to amend the place of death of the deceased. Furthermore, petitioner to correct the affidavit of service as petition number and name of the parties are different and re-upload the same.

2. As per the death certificate of the deceased, deceased had died at Thane and Local authorities of the Thane has issued the death certificate. Hence, petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. In view of the death certificate, re-verification is dispensed with.
