In the present petition, final order for issuance of Probate is passed on 06.02.2025. Upon perusal of the petition as well as annexures thereto, it has been observed that from the first introductory line of the Will which is annexed at Exhibit - "A" to the petition dated 16.03.2018, name of deceased mentioned is not legible as well as second line of para No. 2 of the said Will, also not legible and further Schedule annexed to the said Will is also not legible.

2. I have perused the original Will as well as copy of the Will filed through e-filing hence, how probate can be issued upon the Will which is not at all legible in which name of deceased itself is illegible. Hence, this is fit case to refer present petition before the Hon'ble Court as the Will which was submitted and filed through e-filing in the Registry are illegible. The Hon'ble Court may pass necessary directions in this matter as the order dated 06.02.2025 is passed by my predecessor and I cannot proceed with the said order and I cannot set aside the said order, since the Will which is annexed to the petition is illegible while finalizing the process of grant.

3. Master (Admn,) is directed to submit report in the present petition within one week from today before the Hon'ble Court.
