At the time of process of issuance of grant, office has noticed that some of the lines of the Will are not legible. On 17.03.2025, Ld. Advocate for petitioner sought time to take instructions on the said issue. Now, the petitioner has filed his Affidavit dated 21.03.2025 stating in para Nos. 5 and 6 of the said Affidavit that petitioner has no objection to receive and obtain the Probate of the Will of deceased which contains some illegible lines.

2. In view of the above, office to issue grant as per order dated 06.02.2025. 06.05.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
