Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 14.12.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition and to make averment about the legal heirs as per the Section 15(1) (b), Rule-3 of Section 16 along with Section 8 to 13 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Furthermore, petitioner is permitted to amend the prayer of the petition. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.
