Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe with WILL/1783/2024 dated 30.01.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by making an averment about the legal heirs of the deceased per the Section 15(1) (d) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.
