1. Petitioner to state the legal heirs of the deceased as per the Section 15(1) (b) r/w Section 8 to 13 along with schedule of the legal heirs of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 as well Section 3 a and 3 b along with agnates and cognates of the deceased.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved praecipe and thereby seeks permission to amend the prayer of the petition. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.
