Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to amend the Petition in accordance with the draft amendment handed in so as to include the name of T.V.Lakshmanan as deceased No.3.

I have perused the Petition. In paragraph No.2 of the Petition, there is an averment that T.V.Lakshmanan, husband of deceased No.1, and father of deceased No.2, predeceased the deceased on 24 August 2019. 4.

In view of the above, the Petitioner is permitted to amend the Petition in accordance with the draft amendment handed in and marked 'XX'. 5.
