Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he has upload the affidavit of the petitioner dated 19.03.2025 along with letter of the bank dated 15.03.2025 stating that locker having no. 50 was held by the deceased with Rekha and it is to be operated with instructions either or survivor since 2016.

Read affidavit dated 19.03.2025, letter dated 15.03.2025 annexed to the said affidavit, in para no. 2 of the affidavit, petitioner has stated that deceased was not having exclusive right towards the said locker, as it was jointly held by the deceased with another locker holder, namely Rekha Ajit Prasad, and therefore, said locker is not exclusive property and credits of the deceased solely. Accordingly, Central Bank of India has issued the letter to the said Rekha. Said Rekha is sole operator of the said locker, after the death of the deceased. In view of the paragraphs No 2 and 3 of the affidavit, the petitioner is permitted to amend the petition by deleting the locker. Submission is accepted. In view of the affidavit, re-verification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to initial the amendment.
