1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vimal P Sampat being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Champaben Purshottam Sampat died intestate at Mumbai on 31.05.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Purshottam Thackersey Sampat died intestate at Mumbai on 07.07.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Averments with regard to the relation of both the deceased not stated in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by four sons and two daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and three sons and two daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.11.2025 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
