1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Upon perusal of the petition, it is noticed that deceased had appointed two executors under the Will. Mrs. Dimpal Jigar Shah and Premal Anilkumar Thakkar as Executors under the Will. Out of them Premal Thakkar is petitioner herein. Affidavit of renouncing or reserving the rights of Dimpal Shah (another executor) is not filed. Advocate to take steps accordingly.
