TP/4529/2024 (E-filing) Mr. R. T. Kharwar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shafaat Suleman Nadiawala being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Suleman Abdul Nadiawala died intestate at Mumbai on 11.09.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one married daughter and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and married daughter and son have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 31.12.2024 and Administration Bond dated 15.10.2024 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
