1. By this praecipe dated 08.01.2025. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to delete the names of the legal heirs mentioned at 3f to 3h, as they could not be legal heirs of the deceased as per the Section 47 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Submission accepted as James Rudolf Patel died on 31.07.1987 and as per the Section 47 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 only child or children of the deceased brother or sister are entitle to claim the inheritance. Hence, praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
