1. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that in order dated 23.04.2025 in order clause No.2, name of the executor is typed in place of the petitioner. Submission is accepted. While typing the order, words "renouncing the right of the Executor, namely" are remained to be typed. Accordingly, correction is carried out in the said order clause as under,- "2. Office to issue Letters of Administration with Will annexed to the petitioner, renouncing the right of the Executor, namely Rajendra Kumar Sharda, upon satisfaction that the administration Bond is properly executed, as per the Rules, having effect throughout State of Maharashtra."
