This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Preeti Sunil Tiwari being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Uma Shankar Shirolkar died intestate at Mumbai on 05.04.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and remaining two daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice is not filed. Administration Bond dated 17.10.2024 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
