This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sandeep Sharad Nachane being son of deceased. Deceased namely Sharad Anandrao Nachane died intestate at Mumbai on 03.02.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Aadhaar Card, Pancard and Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Dceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 13.11.2024 and Administration Bond dated 23.09.2024 and 19.09.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
