She request that reverification may be dispensed with. The said request is accepted. Advocate for the petitioner is permitted to carry out correction with respect to deletion of one of the legal heir viz. Usha Arun Aggarwal. Advocate for the petitioner will upload the corrected version and she will get it approved. Reverification is dispensed with. Advocate for the petitioner also submits that she may be permitted to carry out correction with respect to the share of the petitioner i.e.

1/4th share in the estate of the deceased. She will upload the corrected version and she will get it approved. She request that reverification may be dispensed with. The said request is accepted.

2 TP 4599 of 2024 respect to share of the petitioner i.e. 1/4th share in the estate of the deceased. She will upload the corrected version and she will get it approved.

Advocate for the petitioner request that time may be extended to issue general notice. The said request is accepted. Time to issue general notice is extended by two weeks from today. Advocate for the petitioner is directed to upload the corrected petition as well as Affidavit of Service , Administration Bond and get it approved before the next date.
