TP/4618/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Pranav Khatkul i/b. Janu Gulati, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioners namely Prerak Shashin Thakkar and Shobha Shashin Thakkar being Executors named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Kirtida Ramanlal Thakkar died at Ahmedabad on 03.12.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Gujarat on 15.09.2018. The said Will is in Gujarati language and translation of the said Will is filed however, Affidavit of Advocate certifying the true and correct translation of the Will is not filed. The Para No. 8 of the Will refers to the appointment of Executors. Only two Executor appointed under the Will who are petitioners herein.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceaed namely Shashin predeceased the deceased leaving behind his widow, one son and one daughter. Deceased was survived by two daughters, one daughter-in-law, one grandson and one granddaughter. Out of them grandson and daughter-in-law are petitioners herein and the granddaughter and one daughter have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. Remaining daughter namely Aarti Shashikant Pujara has not filed her consent Affidavit. Advocate to take steps accordingly.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Krunal Rohit Shah dated 01.05.2024 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 29.06.2025 is filed.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant. Hence, remove from board. 17.07.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
