1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 17.12.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by mentioning the marital status of the deceased and make an averment about the pre-deceased husband of the deceased. Furthermore, petitioner to annex the death certificate of since deceased legal heirs of the deceased as per the praecipe. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing additional affidavit by the petitioner confirming the proposed amendment, re-verification is dispensed with, however, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
