Advocate for the Petitioner seeks permission to amend Para No.4 about the legal heirs of the husband of the deceased as per Section 15(1)(b) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956, as suggested in the Praecipe. Praecipe is allowed with further directions that Petitioner to aver about agnates and cognates of husband of the deceased as per section 8 to 13, Sec. 3(a) and (b) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.

Amendment as sought is granted which is to be carried out within four weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending.
