Advocate for petitioner, the present matter is taken out of turn. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Upon perusal of the petition, it has been observed that Advocate for petitioner has to carry out corrections in the cause title of the petition as the petitioner is being son of deceased as well as one of the Executor appointed under the Will. Ld. Advocate for petitioner has also to make averment in the petition about the other Executors appointed under the Will, whether they have renounced or reserved their rights and they have to file necessary Affidavits to that effect. Hence, Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks permission to carry out necessary corrections in the petition.

The said corrections are allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order. At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, reverification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to re-upload the corrected version of the petition.
