1. Ld. advocate for the petitioner submitted that he has complied with the requisitions raised in the petition. Hence, taken for the final order.

2. Perused the petition and affidavit of the attesting witness. It appears that Attention is made at Mumbai, However, Notary Public is appointed in the State of Gujarat.

Furthermore, the docket of the said affidavit is defective as it bears the notary stamp of other Notary.

3. The Exhibit-C is mentioned Twice. Hence, death Certificate of one of the executor is not annexed, though it is stated in the petition that it has been annexed.

4. Hence, the petitioner to take steps.
