1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 25.11.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the para no. 4 and to aver the facts about the Sudhir Bhise, husband of the deceased. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with. Furthermore, if petitioner produces the copy of the death certificate of the mother of the deceased, then, re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
