1. In a Petition, there is no reference about the heirs of the husband, as per section 15(1)(b) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 (for short "HS Act').

2. According to Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, the said property is received by the deceased in a Civil Litigation being the one of the heirs of her father. However, these facts are not mentioned in the petition.

3. Hence, the petitioner made necessary averment by seeking order for amendment in the petition, as per the Sec. 15(2) of the HS Act, by following due procedure in this regard.
