Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 24.04.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by making an averment about the legal heirs of the deceased, as per the Sec. 15(1) (b) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. It is made clear that the petitioner to aver all necessary facts in the petition, as per Rule 389 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.
