This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Pooja Vinod Sidhwani being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Vinod Gulabrai Sidhwani died intestate at New Delhi on 25.02.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Details of parents of deceased not stated in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by his widow, one son and and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and the son and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 05.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
