Heard Ms. Babar, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 2.
My attention is drawn to the requisition dated 26.08.2025. Ms. Babar would submit that in view of the fact that Petitioner and three other legal heirs are the only legal heirs entitled to the property and credits of the deceased as explained in the Petition, the said requisition is appearing in Clause 5 be dispensed with. She would submit that three other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of Petitioner. In that view of the matter, the requisition which is raised in Clause 5 stands dispensed with.

Petition be proceeded further by Department for issuance of Grant in accordance with law.
