Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the Hon'ble Court in Misc. Petition no. 204/2024 delivered an order on 05.08.2024 and thereby pleased to reject the said petition, on the ground that property was devolved upon the Anjanabai soon after the death of Bimabai. I have heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner on this point. Petition is adjourned for passing an order on the Praecipe. 3.
