1. Read a Praecipe dated 27.11.2024. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner seeks extension of time to carry out an amendment as per the Order dated 18.10.2024, as all Petitioners were in various countries. Submission is accepted, time to file to carry out an amendment is extended by further four weeks, from the date of uploading this Order, if the petition is pending.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that by today's Praecipe the petitioner is also praying to allow the petitioner to mention the legal heirs of the since deceased Legal heir of the deceased viz. Lachaman Chablani, who is died on 25.07.2024. Considering this submission, it appears that legal heirs of the deceased above named are required to be corrected, as per provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Upon filing additional Affidavit of the Petitioner confirming the proposed amendment, re-verification is dispensed with. Amendment be carried out within 04 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending.
