Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 26.11.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by correcting the marital status of the deceased, by making an averment about the mother of the deceased, correcting the capacity of the petitioner, correcting the prayer of the petition and schedule-I of the petition. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.
