1. Petitioner to comply order dated 04.12.2024 in respect of the administration bond.

2. Read praecipe dated 17.03.2025. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, he submits that in a title of the petition, the Building no. 245 is wrongly typed as "Room no. 245". Furthermore, occupation of the petition is wrongly typed as Housewife instead of Service as well as place of inhabitant is required to be corrected, as suggested in the praecipe. Submission is accepted and praecipe is granted. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, reverification is dispensed with.

3. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
