1. Read praecipe dated 16.04.2025, petitioner seeks permission to carry out an amendment in order to accept the affidavit of third party under Rule 384 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980, as per the directions given in TP No. 50 of 2011 by this Hon'ble Court.

Furthermore, petition is permitted to amend the information about the legal heirs by showing the table of the legal heirs.

3. Petitioner to comply Rule 383 r/w form no. 102 and 419 of the of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner undertakes to produce the death certificate of the both the attesting witnesses.

4. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
