This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Surendra Pandharinath Tavade being son of deceased. Deceased namely Leela Pandharinath Tavade died intestate at Mumbai on 05.12.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sons and three daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 13.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.10.2025 are filed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner prayed for condonation of delay in filing hence, same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
