1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that in order dated 03.12.2024, it is mentioned that amendment in para no. 8 of the petition is to be carried out. However, said amendment is to be carried in para no. 6. It appears from the petition that amount is mentioned in para no. 8. however, department has not allowed the Ld. Advocate to carryout an amendment in para no. 8 and insisted Ld. Advocate to amend the same in para no. 6 where Exhibit-B is referred. I do not find any support from the forms where amount of the schedule is to be corrected in para no. 8. Hence, in order to avoid the delay it will be proper to Ld. Advocate to carryout an amendment in para no.6 as well.

2. Furthermore, the department to explain the ground for such requisition. Department is directed to submit the report for such unnecessary requisition and for delaying the amendment. Concerned to report the same in person.

3. Time to carryout an amendment passed on 03.12.2024 is hereby extended by further two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded within 03 days from the date of amendment.
