TP/4747/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Harshita B. Jangid, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Abdul Shakoor Mohamed and Mohamed Muzamile Mohamed Iqbal both being sons of deceased. Deceased namely Mohamed Iquabl Abdul Shakoor alias Mohamad Iqbal Abdul Shakoor said to be died intestate at Dubai on 26.07.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had no daughter and was survived by two sons only who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.11.2024. Pursuant to order dated 02.02.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Shri Justice Manish Pitale, in Testamentary Petition No. 2918 of 2023 that when all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
