Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

i) To state about the widow of Soli Ardeshir who since deceased the deceased.

ii) To correct the schedule as per rules of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

iii) To ensure the Administration Bond should be for the gross amount of the estate of deceased.

iv) Further, ensure that there is no bar under section 259 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 for grant of Letters of Administration for debonis-non to a person, other to whom original grant might have been issued.

v) Schedule I to be corrected and all the properties should be shown as per the provisions of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

vi) To take steps for locker, if any.
