For Compliance While perusal of the petition it has been observed that the deceased/testor has appointed three executors/executrix namely Ravindra Ramakant Gulgule, Radha Chandrashekhar Nadkarni and Ameya Chandrashekhar Nadkarni. The deceased has appointed Radha Chandrashekhar Nadkarni and Ameya Chandrashekhar Nadkarni as joint executors of this will in absence/inability of Ravindra Ramakant Gulgule to execute the said will.

Advocate for the petitioner will seek necessary instructions with respect to the affidavit of reserving the rights of the executor and executrix Radha Chandrashekhar Nadkarni and Ameya Nadkarni. Advocate for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to make additional averment into the petition if any locker is found since the deceased has mentioned about the bank locker in the will. The said request is accepted. Advocate for the petitioner to carry out correction with respect to the same and upload the corrected version and get it approved. Reverification is dispensed with.
