TP/4766/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Ajit Shankar Hodage, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Jayant Shantaram Dhargalkar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Shantaram Sitaram Dhargalkar said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 12.04.2004. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased died on 17.03.2021. Deceased had no daughter and left behind him three sons. One son of deceased namely Vasant Shantaram Dhargalkar died on 10.12.2010 leaving behind his widow and one son. Deceased was survived by two sons, one daughter-in-law and one grandson. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 31.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 27.11.2024 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
